Ingredients: Ragi (Finger Millet), Urad Dal (Black Gram Lentils) & Rice Flour.
How to prepare: Take Ragi Dosa Mix in a pot. Add 200 or 300 g soured curd or butter milk (as per requirement). Add the required quantity of salt and mix it well, so that no lumps are left. Allow the mixture to remain for one hour. You can add a pinch of Eno/ baking soda. Make Ragi Dosas as the usual way. Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar.
