Ingredients: Ragi (Finger Millet), Urad Dal (Black Gram Lentils) & Rice Flour.
How to prepare: Take a Ragi Idli Mix in a pot. Add 200 to 300 g soured curd or buttermilk (as per requirement). Add the required quantity of salt and mix it well, so that no lumps are left. Allow the mixture to remain for one hour. You can add a pinch of Eno/ baking soda. Make Ragi Idlis as the usual way by steam cooking. Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar.
