Ingredients: Jowar Sooji (Sorghum Semolina), Urad Dal (Black Gram Lentils)
How to prepare: Take Jowar Idli Mix in a pot. Add 200 to 300 g soured curd or butter milk (as per requirement). Add required quantity of salt and mix it well, so that no lumps are left. Allow the mixture to remain for one hour. You can add a pinch of Eno/baking soda. Make Jowar Idlis as the usual way by steam cooking. Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar.
