Shipping Policy

All our products are shipped door to door to your provided shipping address via courier.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Domestic orders:

1. Delivery time: Processing an order takes 2-3 working days and delivery takes 4-8 Working days nationwide.
2. Delivery: We offer delivery across India.
3. Delivery charges:

• We offer FREE SHIPPING for all PREPAID orders across India.
• C.O.D is available on all orders across India.
• For C.O.D orders, Rs 100 will be charged on all orders.

Tracking orders:

• You may track your package at any given point in time.
• As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email or through SMS from the delivery partner.
• In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 4 days of placing an order please contact us at info@kasbaa.in or 88395 09030.

Delays in shipping:

• Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons: 

1. It is possible that we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

Cancellation of orders:

• Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 2 to 3 times before they return it to our warehouse. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code, email Id and mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Modes of Payment:

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking options across major banks.
