Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Customer reserves the rights to cancel an order.
  2. Order cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch or order processed by us, we will refund the customer their entire amount.
  3. Order cancelled after it’s processed or dispatched to their location, customer will be charged 50% of the value of the order.
  4. Food products in the website are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item during delivery to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. Please do intimate our delivery agent at the time of delivery and intimate us within 24 hours of the delivery. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  5. Customer should be present at the time of accepting the order. He/she should duly check & accept the order.
  6. Customer should immediately inform the delivery staff in case he/she is unsatisfied with the products, quality & delivery days.
  7. We reserve the rights to limit the quantities per order or transactions.
  8. For your refund, please call up or send a message to the support team. Your query will be looked into & if found valid, your refund or return will be processed. To avail this facility, you must communicate with your bill/invoice number to the store. Without the bill/invoice number, we will not accept any such claims.
  9. Refunds will be made in equivalent amount as per the purchase. Mode of refund will be as per the mode in which customer had purchased i.e. either through cash or credit card.
  10. Refunds/returns must be claimed within 24 hours of the delivery days of the purchase.
